We have "Blocked" enough rooms to accommodate our teams.
The "HOST HOTELS" have agreed to offer lower discount rates if they know they can book most of the rooms they "Blocked" for us, therefore all teams are to make reservations in one of these "Host Hotels". See the list of "HOST HOTELS". Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or special request.
This policy also keeps teams from entering the tournament without confirmed hotel reservations and then wanting to cancel from the tournament because they cannot find a hotel.
Teams can request additional rooms as needed (pending availability).
A. Select Hotel and numbers of rooms needed from the list on the tournament website.
B. By email, HoopFest staff will notify the person listed as "Team Contact for Hotel info" that the selected hotel will telephone them within a few days to get credit card info to "Confirm" the team's reservations and answer any questions concerning the hotel's cancellation policy.
C. Hotel will notify HoopFest staff that your team's hotel reservations have been “CONFIRMED".
D. HoopFest staff will notify the team coach AND the "Team contact for Hotel info" that your team(s) are "OFFICIALLY ENTERED" (provided full entry fee payment and hotel reservations have been made).
