Complete the following steps to officially secure your entry in the Kentucky HoopFest .

1.  Team Entry Form  Microsoft Word  |  PDF

2.  Hotel Registration   List of Hotels

A.  Select Hotel and numbers of rooms needed from the list on the tournament website.

B.  By email, HoopFest staff will notify the person listed as  "Team Contact for Hotel info" that the selected hotel will telephone them within a few days to get credit card info to "Confirm" the team's reservations and answer any questions concerning the hotel's cancellation policy.

C.  Hotel will notify HoopFest staff that your team's hotel reservations have been “CONFIRMED" .

D.  HoopFest staff will notify the team coach AND the "Team contact for Hotel info" that your team(s) are "OFFICIALLY ENTERED" (provided full entry fee payment and hotel reservations have been made).

3.  Participating Coaches NCAA Approval Process (https://screening.lexisnexis.com/EventCheck/ncaa/)

Once you have your certification number email your name, address, and team name and certification number to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  This step includes ALL divisons (17U, 16U, 15U, and 14U).

4.  NCAA Team Registration Requirement (online roster for NCAA)

5.  ROSTER REQUEST INFOMATION

IMPORTANT:  The NCAA roster form that teams MUST fill out "online" does not have the necessary information that is needed in the college coaches booklet.  In order for us to provide the college coaches with a "First Class" booklet, each team will need to fill out the "Roster Form" provided on the HoopFest website.  Both rosters (NCAA and HoopFest) roster forms are to be filled out.  You can help by turning in the HoopFest roster form to us no later than June 1, if at all possible.
